Refund policy

Items purchased may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Swimwear can be exchanged or you can receive store credit within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached and intact. Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund. 

*Tropical Punch reserves the right to reduce or refuse refunds or return products back to customers where the return conditions are not met. 

Bath, body, incense, candles, food items, pajamas and jewelry are final sale.

This includes specialty items that might be marked final sale.
